Great wine! I though initially considering Just the colour that was supposed to be with more oxidative flavours, but it was surprisingly fresh and fruity.
Clear, medium amber with many tight tears;

Clean, pronounced flavours of honey, peach, apricot, grapefruit, developing.

Sweet, medium + acidity, high alcohol, firm body , with intense aromas of quince that I didn’t felt at the nose exam, and then so much honey, apricot, refreshing citrus fruits, some sweet baking spice like vanilla, followed by a long finish.

A well balanced wine. A good example of its category.

High priced.
It was perfect with the dark chocolate.. But I trust it is a good pair for all the cakes, fruit sweets and also just to sip in a Sunday afternoon with a friend .. 🍷CHEERS!
